She was shocked to see that someone had stolen all her cookies. Zoe threw the empty jar on the floor and stormed out the room. Suddenly, her father walked into the room.
“You ate them!” Zoe yelled. “You have crumbs all over your face!” Her dad acted as if he hadn’t heard a word she had said. He walked away into the well-furnished living room and went to sleep. Zoe sighed in frustration then left.
At the shops she bought some more cookies, but this time, she bought two packs. She would be more vigilant about where she hid them
